Queens Inn Anaheim Reviews: What Guests Really Say

Queens Inn Anaheim is a budget hotel about a mile from Disneyland® Park, and our guest reviews read exactly like what we are: a simple, clean, affordable place with a great location, not a resort. Here is an honest look at what guests say about us across the major review platforms, the good and the not so good, with links so you can read every review for yourself.

What are Queens Inn Anaheim’s ratings across the web?

As of July 2026, here is where our guest ratings stand on the platforms that publish them:

  • Booking.com: 7.6 out of 10, rated “Good,” from 1,391 verified stays. Guests score us highest on location (8.7) and value for money (8.1). Booking.com only accepts reviews from guests who actually booked and stayed, so every one of those reviews is a verified stay.
  • TripAdvisor: 3.7 out of 5 from 359 traveler reviews.
  • Trip.com: 7.4 out of 10 from 127 verified reviews.

We do not curate these numbers and we cannot edit them. They are what thousands of real guests have said, and we link straight to the sources: TripAdvisor, Booking.com, and Trip.com.

What do guests praise most?

Three themes come up again and again: the location, the price, and the staff.

On cleanliness and staff, from TripAdvisor: “Incredible clean! I could smell the clean sheets and pillowcases, room was super clean too.” Another guest wrote: “The staff is great! The front desk man was so nice.” And a repeat guest: “Stayed here multiple times. My go to for Disney! Staff is always nice and the location is safe and affordable.”

On value and location, from verified Booking.com stays: “Price was great for the location. Shuttle to Disney across the street. Night staff was friendly, room was large and clean and bed was comfortable.” Another: “The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was convenient for me, about 15 to 20 min walk to the Anaheim Convention Center. My room had a refrigerator and a microwave which was helpful for my stay.”

And from a grandmother on Trip.com: “I took 2 granddaughters to Disneyland. My budget is limited so Queens Inn was perfect for the price.”

What do the critical reviews say?

We would rather show you the honest picture than a highlight reel. Some guests have reported real problems: rooms that were not cleaned to standard, and in the worst reviews, conditions that no guest should ever find. When that happens, our management responds directly on the platforms and works to make it right. Other recurring critiques are the honest trade-offs of a two-story budget property: you can sometimes hear footsteps from the floor above, the building is a classic motel layout, and the air conditioning is not resort-grade.

One Booking.com guest put the mixed experience plainly: “The AC could’ve run slightly better. I liked the clean room. The location if going to Disney was great.”

If those trade-offs are dealbreakers for you, we understand, and there are excellent full-service hotels in Anaheim at a different price point. If what you need is a clean bed, a hot shower, free parking, and a mile walk to the Park, the reviews say we deliver that.

The review that sums us up

One TripAdvisor reviewer said it better than our own marketing could: “Many will think I am crazy for giving Queens Inn a 5-Star Review… If this was 1912 and you paid 3rd Class Cabin on the Titanic, don’t expect a 1st Class Honeymoon Suite… FREE Parking, a premium in the Disneyland area! Clean room, comfy beds, fridge, microwave, coffee machine.”

That is the deal. Know what you are booking, pay a fair price for it, and spend the savings inside the parks.
